Hi,

I have a 24-month TV contract (started on 19 April 2025) which includes TNT Sports.

About 2 weeks ago, I renewed my SIM-only contract, and since then TNT Sports has stopped working. As this is part of my TV package, it should not be affected.

I have already visited the store and contacted support, but the issue is still not resolved. I was told I would receive an SMS within 24 hours, but nothing came.

Has anyone had this issue before, and how was it resolved?

Thanks for coming to the community.

When you say that TNT Sports has stopped working, is this when watching in the discovery+ app?

Is it an EE TV package or did you purchase a TV which came with TNT Sports access?
