Have placed an order for EE box and have been waitingsince 21st Feb.  Have phone them three times now for over an hour each time.  hen they go to place the order it comes up as a fault...........

Hi @Tracy159  Welcome to the community forum, there shouldn't be a reason preventing you from adding TV to your package at home.

I've had a look on my end and it looks like we can progress with the order, try giving us another call please.
