Hi @Traceyyvonned

Thanks for coming to the community.

Have you both been in touch with our broadband technical support guides? They can get the error looked into and help you get this sorted.

Leanne.

Unbelievably this issue still exists with the EE TV boxes both regular and mini. EE phone support still blame the connection etc and offer to send out plug extenders. We've just turned off the deep sleep mode as per the suggestion I'm this thread to see if this helps.

Would be great if the company would take some responsibility and seek to improve their user experience regarding this persistent issue.

I was hoping to come on to this thread to get a quick reason and fix for the Mini TV Box disconnecting from the latest and best Wifi Pro 7 and Hub Pro 7 set up which I now pay more for.  But to be given a reset the box and then remove power saving setting (Always Ready) seems like EE are not taking this fault seriously and are unwilling to push an update to fix it.

dissapointing

@swampyedwards the firmware on your Smart Hub 7 Pro was updated with the fix at 1:38am today.  You should hopefully not experience this anymore (assuming it's the known issue).
