TV guide issue on the EE TV app on mobile and Apple TV devices

There has been an issue this morning where the TV guide on the EE TV app has been showing errors. This was fixed pretty swiftly, but if you are still seeing errors, you'll need to exit and restart the app on your device.  Thanks, Nick

EE tv app can’t find subcription

Just moved to EE tv and the we tv app keeps saying it can’t find my ee subscription? I can’t log in to discovery+ and it’s not there on my ee app to activate?

GBNews.

Hi,The GBNews app keeps freezing when I watch it. Within 5 seconds of watching, the picture freezes but you can still hear them talking.Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
