EE tv app can’t find subcription

Just moved to EE tv and the we tv app keeps saying it can’t find my ee subscription? I can’t log in to discovery+ and it’s not there on my ee app to activate?

Hi @Annie9- I'm sorry about this, have you spoken to the helpdesk? I belive the subcription error would be something the TMC department would need to resolve. The Discovery+ activation link should have also been emailed to you.

@Annie9- I can see that your EE ID hasn't linked up correctly - it's stuck halfway. I'm afraid @Neil-O is correct - this will need manual fixing by our TMC department. Please give the helpdesk a call so that a fault can be raised for them to fix.
