I’ve changed over to EETV from Sky and the box is meant to connect to my EE Broadband by WiFi, the majority of the time it doesn’t connect and the apps don’t work. Is there a way to turn the box on to ensure it connects immediately?

@WR2016 Is the to box within 5 meters of the router ?
“
This is available for the TV Box Pro and TV Box Mini. TV picture quality relies on your broadband speed. You must have a Smart Hub within 5 metres of your TV box if connecting via WiFi.

I solved this issue, it was fairly straight forward. Just go on line and subscribe to a sky tv package, I have no further issues. Problem solved.

Nope, although I haven’t really had this problem.
Connecting via Ethernet would likely solve this if feasible, or changing the power mode in the settings to “Always Ready” may help but will use more power obviously.

With Sky, your box may not keep going down, but your bank balance certainly will 😛

Based on the recent performance of Glass and Stream, I’m not sure that is entirely accurate!
