Why cant i access my NOW on my ee box

Can't wait NOW on my ee box keeps saying upgrad I put later but still can't watch it so I put upgrade and still nothing ee is a joke can't wait to leave

Hi @sandrahamblin04 .  You're trying to watch the HD versions of the channels, however you don't have the HD add-on. You should have been shown a message on screen saying it's not currently possible to upgrade via your TV - you'll need to call us for that.

The SD versions of the channels should work though - e.g. channel 342, which is Sky Atlantic in SD.
