Watching Now TV on an Android table or phone

I can't access my Now Sports and Film memberships through my Android tablet or phone. I can access them through my  EETV box. I have spoken to an advisor who could not resolve the issue though has to the technical department.

Unfortunately your account is suffering from a bug that Now TV have been investigating for the last few weeks - on EE's system your account is correctly paired with your email address, however on Now TV's system they don't see it.

Could you please email me at tv.apps@ee.co.uk so that I can take you through the process of pairing them again.

Belay what I said. I see @DarrenDev has it in hand…

My tablet is a Nokia T21 running Android 13. My phone is a Pixel 7,
running Android 14. I am accessing the Now App over the internet and I am
connected to the EE router. I have not received any error messages,
however when I look at my Now account it says that I do not have any Now
memberships, even though I have purchased these through EE and can watch
them on the EE TV box.

I have logged out of my Now TV account and logged back in. I have also
changed my Now password and reset my Tablet. None of these steps helped.

Although the EE help pages suggest that you can manage your remote devices
to access Now through the EE app, I have not been able to do this.

I am having exactly the same problems that Neil had.

I have got Now Sports on my EE account, but when I try on log onto Now on my tablet or phone it tells me I do not have an account.

Sounds like you are set up incorrectly.

As you have exactly the same problems that @Neil170 had, follow exactly the same advice that he did, and you should get a resolution.

Could you send an email to eetvsupport@bt.com with your account number and the Email address that should be linked to the NOW memberships/subscriptions and we can certainly look into it for you.
