Tried to order ee tv was told I needed to upgrade my broadband all done and in working fine Tried to order ee tv as am now up and running to be told I have to give it 24 hours after its gone live
Why does my broadband affect me placing a order for the tv packages ? What difference does it make if the broadband is settling in ?

Our systems can only handle one open order at a time - your broadband order should complete by midnight on the agreed activation date.

Did you see my response above? It's not about your broadband settling in - the system just needs to wait for your broadband order to complete before it'll accept a new order.
