My Ee mini box is not working properly as I have no sound

I cannot get my Ee mini box to have sound I have rebooted the box and the main box but still no sound I’ve also changed has I outlets on tv how can I get it to work ?

Yes it did work with sound initially but just stopped for no reason I have been on phone to Ee and they are sending a new box
