Any update please on when the EPG guide used by EETV boxes and the EETV app will become reliable. Several glaring errors with several of the Sky Sports channels yesterday.

That's great news, thank you. I've cancelled the series link and put a new
one in place, so will see how this goes. Thanks again for your help which
is much appreciated.

My experience is that there remain regular data issues with the EETV  EPG on Sky Sports channels. For example the Sky Sports Main Event channel  has regularly incorrectly described  listed other competions as Women's Big Bash League so confushing their broadcast of the SA20 mens competition this afternoon.  .Interestingly the dedicated Sky Sports Cricket channel has  more  accurate listings.

I'd really appreciate if you could point them out when you see them. We're monitoring all the data for consistency, but we can only sample the data for accuracy. We're going to miss details that someone actually watching the content is more likely to see.

A couple of examples   the  Australian  Women 's Big Bash League completed on 13th December.  However  matches from other competitions have on an occasional ongoing  basis have continued  to have it as a  primary  title since. The second  example  is that other Cricket competitions  are listed as Test Cricket ...eg the ICC Under 19 world cup. Again I believe the wrong Primary  Title is being assigned.  These examples are from the Sky Sports Main Event data  , Currently  the Sky Sports Cricket  data  appears more accurate for the same/similar  coverage of the same event.

On Saturday 24th they are again using different series CRIDS for live NBA Games - on Sky Sports + HD . The 8pm  New York  Philadelphiais game  and the following 10:30pm  Warriors/Timberwolves games have different series CRIDs so would be coinsidered currently as  two seperate Series.

Thanks for the update. So in that scenario if I was to record both games
independently rather than with a series link, would it work?

tonight (17 January)  the  2 live NFL playoff game (9pm and 1am  games)details have not been updated for the Sky Sports NFL HD  channel , coverage of the same games on Sky Sports Main Event Hd channels do have updated details of the teams playing. Tomorrow Night (18 January)  there are a further 2 live NFL playoff games  (7:30pm and 11:30pm)  here again the Sky Sports NFL HD channel derails have not been updated with the teams playing . Coverage  on  Sky Sports Main Event  HD for those games do have the expected detail.

Hi @GreenGoblin72  you asked yesterday about how to achieve the NBA live recordings . Setting single recording for each match should work as that doesn't put any reliance upon Series CRID accuracy , What I spectulate might  be occuring is that there are two distinct Series Crids being used for live NBA games  so that  can create  several scenarios  - eg if you have only one of the series requested those games should be identified  to record  , but the games in the other series won't,...Also if at any point the guide data is updated  and the Series CRID is changed then if a recording has already been scheduled then  that recording request for that original Series will probably fail .

Issues with the EPG for Sky Sports live events across a range of channels seem to be continuing this week  These  include some of the major  sports broadcasts. These will impact those customers setting advance recordings across the EE and BT  communities.

Unfortunately I can only work with specifics @zulu17 - if you're able to give examples, I can get them raised.
