I can access applications but cannot connect to live channels. Eg I can watch live tv through iPlayer but not through the guide. I have rebooted smart hub and the ee router but still the same. It’s on both smart hubs and one is in the same room as the router. Help

I can see your TV Box is connected using Wifi and isn't receiving the multicast signal needed to enable the channels.

You appear to have an Eero wifi system in your house @richarkev.  Is the TV Box connected to the Eero or to your EE hub?  If connected directly to the EE hub then you'll need to contact the helpdesk and get it raised as a fault I'm afraid.  If connected to Eero, please try connecting to the EE hub instead.

Connecting it to the EE Box worked thank you

It would be wise to advise customers facing this problem not to use the same SSID on any WiFi repeaters to ensure that the TV boxes will only connect to the EE hub. The TV boxes are extremely picky about the WiFi devices they decide to work with even when everything else in the network is perfectly happy with the multicast packets routed by non EE kit.

You have other multicast streams coming into your home @voipon1 ?

Yes, I generate my own UDP.  I did isolate my lab network to see if that would clear the problem but to no avail.
