Unable to dismiss privacy policy popup

If you have encountered this issue, where a privacy policy pop-up has appeared, and you are unable to dismiss it, use the following steps to resolve:

1. Press the helper guide button
   
2. Press back
3. You should now be able to press Ok and dismiss the pop-up
