I am being charged for Apple TV after my free trial ended some time ago. I want to cancel but it doesn’t show up as something I can manage in Subscriptions or add-ons. I can see it on my bill and I can see it as an add-on, but there is no way to “manage” it.
Also I had to type this message in notes and copy past into this forum because it is impossible to type directly into the forum. For some reason the keyboard on my phone keeps disappearing as I type. This doesn’t happen anywhere else so something strange is going on with the mobile version of this website.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

HI @Chenshaw
You can log in to the EE app anytime to buy, manage or cancel a subscription.
If this is not showing in the EE app, call us on 150 where a guide will be able to cancel the subscription for you.
With regards to being unable to type on the forum from your mobile, thanks for reporting this. I'd like to get this looked into.
I'll send you private message. Please check your inbox and get back to me when you can.
Thanks
Ali

Are you able to go into the Apple TV plus app and cancel your subscription from there?

Hi @Chenshaw
If you give us a call, one of our guides can get access to your account and help you cancel your subscription.
