Hi,
I've been trying to resolve this problem directly with Discovery+ and got nowhere, so am hoping EE ( or should I say the EE Community ) can help me.
As part of my EE mobile phone package I am entitled to choose one Inclusive Extra each month. I have chosen the 'TNT Sports on Discovery+ - which specifically also covers 'Discovery+ Premium'.
However, whilst I am able to watch Discovery+ on both the mobile app and via Sky, a lot of content cannot be accessed - despite the inclusive extra stating that it includes 'Discovery+ Premium' ( which should mean that all content is accessible ).
Has anyone else had this problem and found a solution? Trying to get a clear answer from Discovery+ has been like pulling teeth, so I had hoped that EE might help - but without a direct email address I am relying on the community forum for guidance.

Thanks for the reply. No, I don’t get an error, just a message stating ‘Upgrade your pass to start watching’ - this would be for content such as ‘100 Days Wild’ and ‘Vinny Jones in the Country’. This is despite the add on clearly stating that it allows ‘access to Discovery+ Premium worth £20’.

Thanks for your previous reply, but I've not received any subsequent guidance on resolving my outstanding issue with accessing Discovery+ - are you able to provide an email address for EE's technical support? I am not sure how else the matter can be resolved if no-one on the Community Forum is able to help.
