if your box’s disc is nearly full, then earlier programmes will be deleted to make room for new ones, unless you have flagged them not to be deleted.. There is an entry in Settings where you can turn the deletion off, but with this set, you will no longer be able to make any more recordings without you manually deleting something.

If you are ‘recording’ programmes from the BBC iPlayer in IP Mode, these will disappear when they expire off the iPlayer. If this is the issue, are you able to use Aerial Mode instead?

Otherwise, are you sure the programmes are deleted, and not in fact in My TV, possibly inside one or more series?

Hey @Avaluke195946, welcome to the EE Community!
Is this happening with every recording you make, or is it only certain programmes?
Also what channels are you noticing recordings disappearing from?
