Tnt sport bundle

Hi all. I recently ordered a TV with tnt sport added for 24 month as an add on. I have received the TV but cannot activate the sports. One time activation says I have nothing to activate. I have tried ringing 150 but we all know that's a waste of time.

Yes. I have tried every day but it just comes back with " nothing to activate"

Sorry Darren but I don't know how to private message you.

Hi Darren are you able to help me please. I also have purchased the Samsung TNT Sports bundle and I am struggling to get the TNT Sports activated

My order number is EE-*******. As I said, I've got TNT Sport now. However, I'd appreciate it if you could check that I'm not going to be charged £5 a month for BT Ultimate and that I've got 24 months of TNT rather than 12 months as stated in the text message. Thanks.

[Mod edit: Removed order number from public post]

I have already done this, I have spoken to customer services and still no joy. I am on the verge of putting a complaint in to be honest

I have eventually got a solution. I went on help and requested a call back. I got a call and it is all set up and running now. Text said 12months but he emailed me a screenshot saying 24 month and free of charge. I have since had a text saying it will be £5 a month but will chase this if they try charging it.

Thanks all for your help and guidance but I suspect there are plenty more with the same issues.

Same issue. The web page for activation asks my number and the pin but consistently says " nothing to add"

So I got a TV within 48hrs but not a digital subscription in a week!

You'll have to phone the help line. The chances are whoever you speak to won't have a clue what you're on about, so you'll have to persevere. It took me two hours, mostly on hold, over two days, but we got there in the end.

I have spoken to the ee guides on three occasions now, in total eleven different people.  At the end of each interaction I'm promised an email or text with activation details 'in the next 24 hours' and of course it never arrives.  Really fed up with this whole thing now.  Resigning myself to ringing again tomorrow to once again be passed around and fobbed off.
