I have just joined EE and can say that I have never come across a company more difficult to deal with. First of all I was given the the wrong information about the cost of my television package. When I telephoned to complain I was told they would call me back at 09.30 the next day, which they didn't. There was no notes made on my account to show I had complained. When I phoned again they said they would send a pin number to get me to where I needed to go it came to my scam in box so I couldn't use it they said they had sent me a second but I couldn't find it.
