TV keeps pixelating / dropping out / loosing sound

EE TV was installed on 2rd October.  The picture keeps pixelating / dropping out and loosing sound.

The sound volume is also poor.    

Disappointed with this situation.  What can be done to stop this happening.

I’m still getting pixelisation since having full fibre installed… I’ve been reading the community board with great interest.  EE Triage have been looking into this for me, but so far no solutions… think they’re getting desperate now, feel they’re running out of ideas!

You've done the right thing reporting the TV pixelation to our EE TV tech guides to be looked into. Hopefully they can get this resolved soon for you. Please keep us updated with how you get on 🙂
