TV freezing

Anyone else had any  issues in when pausing live TV, press pause on the remote, then when I press to restart programme it will not restart , it's sticks on pause, then after a few moments the screen goes off..it doesn't do this all the time its happening random times..so doesn't really make any sense..

Is it the TV Box Pro that you have @Mand-Ray? That one can be reset without wiping any recordings. You can see how to do this on our How to reset your EE TV Box Pro and Mini page.

If that doesn't help, we have dedicated tech guides to help with EE TV queries.

I'm so sorry to hear about what is happening here, so I'd like to get this looked into. Have you spoken with our team, so they can take a look into your options?

Not yet spoken to any team member yet as trying the other options as advised on line, don't really want to do a full reset as all our recordings on my TV Box  will be deleted.    Who would we best speaking to if this continues?

Thank you...Yes it's a TV pro box and after reading the help online we have now tried the reset without wiping recordings, fingers crossed that will resolve the issue..if not we will contact the tech guides..thank you again for quick response and help.
