TV channels

I just set up my new EE TV box and can access all my apps however there are no channels in my guide and I can't get any.

I have reset the box several times and tried connecting via WiFi and ethernet

Are you trying to get TV reception via a TV aerial or by IP mode (all channels coming via the internet connection).

Unless you're in an area where TV reception is poor then I'd stick with using the aerial as many channels aren't available in IP mode.
