Pressing the red Record button on the remote results in the following message ‘We can’t add this to MyTV as it isn’t available On Demand’. This message is regardless of the program I’m trying to record. Help?

You have an EE TV Box Edge, which doesn't have the ability to record - that's only possible with the TV Box Pro.
When you press record, it tries to add a bookmark to the programme on Catch Up - this relies on the channel and programme you're selecting to offer catch up content. Try something on BBC One (except the news), to see if it works.

Thanks Darren. When we transitioned from BT to EE we believed that we would be getting a like for like package. Clearly, that’s not the case. We will have to follow up. At least I now know it’s not as a result of me incorrectly setting up the box. Thanks again.
