TNT sports recordings/schedule

Any known issues with TNT sports channels on the box pro? Had multiple failed recordings since Saturday & when checking live channels the info is often showing the previous program still being on instead of whats actually on meaning recordings are not starting

How about some financial credit to our accounts, due to the service we signed up for not working properly. LOOKS LIKE SKY MIGHT GET A FEW MORE CUSTOMERS. Do the right thing bt/EE fix the problem or compensate! Just like the PO scandal and the WATER INDUSTRY scandal, hide the problems and grab the profits and run. Comments please DarrenDev please, because this issue will never be fixed and the sooner you admit the better.

So, a year later we are having this exact problem, specifically trying to record coverage of the Tour de France. Orr the comments here this was fixed last year, but it’s incredibly frustrating to not be able to use a service we are paying for. Is there me a better answer?

@mke02130 are you able to give any specific examples I can provide to the EPG team?  The known issues with TNT Sports scheduling are fixed, so either it's something new/regressed or something specific to your box.

Hiya - literally every day since it started we’ve tried to record the Tour de a France coverage. When we go into recordings it’s showing as MLB (which has been what’s on before the Tour) and the recording has failed. No error messages or anything, it’s just not there

Sorry to be a pain, but could you please give a specific example?  A channel and date/time, that I can check the history for.

Also, could you elaborate more on what you mean when you say "showing as MLB"? Is this something you also scheduled to record? Or you didn't, but it's showing there anyway? And the programme you did schedule to record just isn't showing there at all?

Hi @DarrenDev , it just happened now. My husband had set the box to record Tour de France coverage from 8pm on channel 409. If we look at the recording itself, it says is recording the Grupetta, which is what was on the same channel just before the Tour de France coverage.
