Trying to activate TNT but keep getting a message saying “We are experiencing technical problems right now, please try again later.”
Not exactly the best start. How do I sort this out?

Welcome to the community.
Have you had BT Sport or TNT Sports with EE before? Have you tried activating it through mobile data, rather than WiFi?

Thanks for the reply. I am a new customer, so haven’t previously had it. I attempted to activate via mobile data but still no luck.

Hello. The link is just sending me around in circles. It’s logging me into my EE account but then nothing else is happening

Are you still seeing an error when trying to activate?
If yes, please give us a call on 150 and our customer care team will get this activated for you.
