I had been using this service until a few weeks ago I had an EE message saying it had been deactivated. Then another saying that was an error. However since then I haven't been able to use it.
I am getting frustrated that I cannot get it to work anymore. Can someone please help.

What is happening when you try to access TNT Sports?
When you received a message to say it had been removed in error, did it say TNT Sport had been added back to your account?

It just tells me.to buy a pass.

I'm logged into Discovery. The sports channels say it needs a pass. When I go to activate via BT I follow the link and nothing happens.

Thanks for coming back to us with the extra details.
If you log into your EE account, do you have TNT Sports showing as active?
Can you try to get set up using this link Activate discovery+ and use the same BT ID, does this work for you?
