Switching to EE for Broadband and Phone but can't check TV online

I am due to change BB and phone on Tuesday from Sky(after at least 8 years of price rises!) and was thinking of using the TV service too but when I go to the EE website it just tells me there is an error their end and I can't check available TV services. This has been going on now for three weeks, I find it hard to believe that a fault their end can exist for this long and no one notice it(but if you've ever been with Virgin Media then this could be true of course). It just tells me there is a problem their end and to come back later...which is not exactly the most helpful of messages.

@StuFReddtich  Have you tried clearing your browser history and cookies and trying again.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Hi, Yes I have many times but just did it again and I get the following message when I try to check my postcode(before clearing and after):

Sorry, something went wrong on our end

 

We’re working to fix this. Please try again later.

@StuFReddtich , I believe the TV service is not yet available, it is due out in the New Year, from what I have read in another thread, as this is a new service, your best bet would be to speak to customer service, they should be able to let you know.

You can only order it as a new customer. Existing customers cannot add it to their package. 

call EE sales and get it added before your order goes give
