EE TV only available for new customers?

I am being told that this is only for new EE broadband customers and that it will only be available to me when my current contract ends in September. Unfortunately my sky tv is due for re contract now and my renewal dates will never sync meaning EE TV is inaccessible to me. Really poor service but typical! I will have no choice but to move my broadband over to sky in September.

Sorry that you've been misinformed @Cameron145 - it will be available to everyone very soon. You'll be able to migrate even if you're currently in a BT or EE contract.

Considering it’s been almost a month since the official launch it’s really disappointing to hear it will be available “soon”. My sky tv needs to be renewed by the 9th so it looks like I’ll be staying with them for the next 18 months

It's the holiday season - everything shuts down over Christmas. We'd hoped to get it all sorted just before Christmas, but last minute issues mean some customer types still cannot migrate.

Ah so “just another few weeks”

appreciate it is the holiday season but I think I would launch a product until it’s actually widely available and even then I’d make sure each customer type knew what was available to them
