Advice how to solve fault BTP-15001 ,IPC6007 Code
After changing from BT to EE with same equipment have had number of issues with Broadband getting disconnected and having to wait for reconnection
broadband now seems to be working ok but EE Tv is coming up with above fault this 3rd time and after spending over 75 minutes yesterday on the phone and be told it would be sorted that day
still same fault 24 hours later
spent so much time on help lines and rebooting both Internet and BT Tv unit
which best way to sort this out

Welcome to the community.
I can understand your frustration at seeing this error and having to spend time on the phone with our tech guides.
The IPC6007 error is linked to the subscription and if it doesn't fix itself, you can try to do a factory reset of the box.
If you've already tried that when speaking to the team, it would be best to contact our tech guides again, and open a complaint, if there hasn't been one opened already so they can continue to look at it further.
Alternatively, you can complete our complaints webform, and it will be looked at by our dedicated complaints team.
