Every 15-20 mins - Broadband issue message

This message has been appearing consistently for the past 4-6 weeks every time were watching any TV channel (BBC, Sky Sports, C4, BT Sport etc) on both tv boxes I have, pro and mini. 

I need to change channel and come back to the channel to make it go away, or leave the message for long enough and it goes away itself. 

I have TP-Link powerline adapters in use for a wired connection to the BT fibre router. Iv reset the router and adapters multiple times as guided too when issues like this occur, but nothing changes. 

Any suggestions on any other's steps I can take to fix this frustrating issue.
