Stuck open order because TV contract cancelled

Long story. In the middle of August, I chatted with them to remove the TNT sport on Discovery Plus because I had 2 packages on my TV and that one on unnecessary (in fact every time I had to call to get a refund) after 4 days, I got an email where it says that they remove all ee tv and I had to pay 383.42 for the cancellation Fee(so for your mistake you remove EE tv and I didn't ask for this). So I called you again and Ok you paid me the cancellation fee but now I do have not the ee tv package. I called you again on the 31st of August to get my TV back but, I didn't receive an email to the confirmation of the order. So I called again to say what is the problem and they said that there was a problem with the system and they had fix between 2 and 3 days. I still haven't got the email and no fix yet . This is embarrassing. It's been a month and honestly I'm tired of calling because they don't solve anything

@dan06567 , we cannot do anything from here, as we have no customer account access and do not know who you are either, so you will have to deal with them direct.

And that’s where things would stand in a post @DarrenDev world, but fortunately we aren’t in one quite yet.
But as a tale of staggering ineptitude, both in the commission and the omission involved, it makes me fearful for the future 😢
