Sport HD channels not working

I was recently migrated over from BT to EE for broadband and TV, and my migrated package included 'Big Sport' (nowTV sports channels + BT/tnt sports) as well as the HD upgrade.

However, my sports HD channels on the provided ee TV box simply do not work. There is a message on the screen which says 'lets get you some more content... ' and an error code: BTP-11195c.

The HD channels worked perfectly when I was on BT...

The real kicker is the fact that ee have been billing me for the HD upgrade for 3 months now... How do I get this sorted without spending hours on hold with the call centre? Thanks in advance...

Sorry @Geoffp83 - the HD channels were a simple system error.  Now fixed.

As a sport subscriber, you don't get access to the discovery channel from the TV guide - only within the discovery+ app.

I'm afraid your issue is a bit different @N30lel - your order has been stuck for over 6 weeks, and isn't going to clear itself.  You'll need to call so that an agent can fix it.

recently took out Ee tv and can’t watch any HD sport channels, seems better picture when using now app but not through guide throws an error message of  BTP 11195c can you help at all please?

Sorry for the delayed response @Solle - I can see you called us to upgrade with the required HD package, and it should now be working.

Alas, yesterday was @DarrenDev’s last day at  EETV 😢

He’ll still be around to share his wisdom, hopefully, but he had to leave his juju - the actual ability to fix things - behind when he left 😢
