Received EE box this week. Sound keeps cutting out on all channels. Very annoying. How do I resolve this?

If the sound is cutting out on all channels, please check that your HDMI cable is securely connected, or try a different one if you have one. It’s also worth checking your audio settings to see what they’re set to.
If you’re using a soundbar, you can try switching the audio setting to Dolby, as some soundbars handle that better. If you’re using the TV’s speakers, Stereo is usually the most reliable.
You can also restart your router, as small connection dips can sometimes affect audio on streamed channels.
If the problem continues after trying those steps, I'd recommend getting in touch with our customer support team so they can check this further.
