Hi @SJT_TJS.
When re-registering with NOW does your BT email address get accepted?
If you already have NOW. We'll move your billing over to your EE account for you.

Hi @DarrenDev @I’ve tried both the solutions suggested above - my normal NowTv login and using my new EE one (both same email) and neither work.
welcome any help. Thanks.

@DannyW3 does anything work in the Now TV app? I'm guessing not. My assumption is that your account isn't associated with the Now TV login that you think it is, however it's not something I can check for you.

Thanks for fast answer. App seem to work fine. Just tested with a documentary. But when I tried sky sports it ask me to choose a subscription package, so doesn’t know I now pay via EE for sky sports.

It's not possible to have a Now TV account with more than one payment source - if you already had a subscription with other passes on it, it wouldn't be possible to add Sport from EE TV to it. With that being the case, your Sport subscription will have been applied to a different login.

Sorry to be slow but then what is the solution please? I’m in exactly the same position as all the others above, used to be a Now customer, have moved to buying everything through EE so have cancelled all my now subscriptions. But I’d like to be able to see the sky sports I’ve paid for through EE on my phone etc as well as my TV.
thanks

If you've cancelled the other subscriptions and are happy that everything you want to watch is charged through EE then the solution is that you need to call EE and ask for your Now TV subscription to be moved to the email address you're using now. There's no way to do it yourself I'm afraid.
To keep things simple and not confuse the agent, don't mention anything about the account history. Just call and say that your Now TV email address is incorrect, and let them know what it needs to be changed to. They can do it all on the phone while you wait.

Even if it’s the same correct email?

Check your account page when logged in. Does it show billed by EE? I'm guessing not, which means the wrong email address is registered and you need to call to correct it.
If it does say it's billed by EE then the issue is that your subscription is missing. You need to call to fix that too.
