@danbat72  BT is a different company to EE you should be asking on BT forums.  Try HERE

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Chris_B BT TV doesn't exist anymore. This is the best place to ask questions about EE TV.

@danbat72 Sky don't currently provide their 4k streams to EE TV.

@DarrenDev   I didn’t know that.  Thanks for the update.    Silly question how does @danbat72 have BT TV if it doesn’t exist any more ?

The same way that people still say they have BT Sport - it takes a while for everyone to adjust after a rebrand.

It does look to be testing - new UHD channels appeared in EE’s multicast range last month.

But the official line is that it’s coming and no date has been given. I recon that’s all you’ll get out of them for now.

Apparently EE’s boxes need a software update to receive them first.

@Greenback1066

It’s available right now to direct Now subscribers, and as such, we watched the Series 2 finale of House of the Dragon in UHD with Dolby Atmos on Monday last.

But it wouldn’t have worked on my YouView box, even though that is UHD, as the hardware won’t support it. And EE TV also need to get the billing for it worked out for subscribers taking Now via EE TV; and both are currently an ongoing process.
