Sky Stream - New customer

If I buy sky stream through EE can I take advantage of the sky stream new customer prices or as I’ve currently got sky will I not be classed as a new customer?

Sorry I'm talking about the entertainment package @Matt_124 in general. The new Now TV app has HD channels as default. But there is no announcement on this yet. 

I agree that the sports packages are now HD by default on EE sport and big sport packages, and have been for a wee while now.
