Signal to TV constantly stutters

Hi there, 

Newbie here and wondering if anyone can help.

I have the full fibre package with EE TV however when we're watching any channel any app it's like the signal is intermittent and the program stutters. I have a new LG TV so tech is surely up to date?

I'm not very tech savvy and not sure where to start but thought I'd ask on here and apologies if this is already a thread.

What is the name of the EE BB plan you are on including its speed? Which EE router & WiFi extenders, if any, do you have (read label or post a pix)?
