Hi, I have recently signed up to ee and am having problems playing ee tv on my laptop, windows 10, edge browser. I can sign into my account on the laptop and buy films etc but it won't let me play anything through the laptop and therefore is not registering the laptop as one of my devices. I was initially asked to download the web player but this didnt seem to make any difference and so I have just deleted but can't see how to reinstall as it just takes me straight into my account and doesnt ask me to download the web player . Any advice would be appreciated
