I have sent back my EE TV box and have proof of postage.
I am getting regular reminders about sending the equipment back and threatening to charge me.
As the email is no reply, how do I show my proof of postage, is there an email address?
It would be less stressful to close this out.
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

The advice that is given for BT customers experiencing this issue is to call customer support so I presume EE customer support can address the issue (ask to be routed to billing/ accounts).
call with your Proof of Sending or your Proof of Receipt they can update your account.
As EE will need to update your account any email route is likely to be ineffective.

Hello
I need to return my tv box I don't need it but I've phoned twice to ask for a return envelope. What should I do. Please advise.
Thank you

HI @Sarah767
Did the Customer Service team confirm they are sending a returns bag, or have they sent you a returns label only?
Although, if you're not receiving the returns bag, it may be worth asking for a postage return label to be emailed to you.
You can find out more about the returns process at Return and recycle your EE Broadband or EE TV products.
