I spent 45 minutes on the phone renegotiating my contract on Tuesday. There was no change to my 'already discounted' 'Full Works' TV package. Now I find TNT Sports has been removed from my TV.
Due to work commitments I won't have time to phone customer services (in my experience this needs at least 30 minutes) until next week. Are there any EE staff members on here who can help please? I don't see a chat feature.

I can't see why it failed (your order confirmation also shows that HD and 4K were incorrectly being removed), but I've fixed it now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

@timwilts Apologies for hijacking this thread, but we’re considering our options for renewal now. We were on a really good offer for Full Works on EETV which has just expired, and if we go out of contract we would still be paying less than the current standard charge. Would you mind if I asked what your renewal cost was for Full Works, so that I can compare it with what we’ve been offered to enter another 24 month contract?
