I work long hrs and when I was sold ee I was told it was a recordable box just setting up and it isn't letting me record some shows saying we can't add this to my TV as it isn't on demand confused I'm a sad lady that wants to watch my eastenders at the end of a long day help

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.

When taking an EE TV subscription, you have 3 options for your main TV Box:

1. Apple TV - this cannot record

2. TV Box Pro - this can record

3. TV Box Mini - this cannot record

In addition to your main box, you can also get 2 additional TV Box Minis for multiroom - they cannot record.
