Refreshing this to save creating new post. I have been moved from BT to EE, broadband and TV. Activated the 'free' 3 months Apple TV on BT prior to move to EE. Now have absolutely no way of cancelling it. Next bill shows I will be charged £8.99 for a service I have never used during free trial, and no b.....y way of removing it.

Please no silly replies from EE advising me to access my account. I have tried everything mentioned on here before posting.

Not sure if this helps anyone, but I was also having issues cancelling my Apple TV+ Free trial (I was a BT member until I got transferred).

I remember at the time I had to activate the trial using an SMS that sent me the link to Apple as the 6 month trial from the EE App (as mentioned elsewhere) does not work.

I did not really use the Apple TV+ so was going to cancel it. However I could not see any means to do so on the EE App on the website or on my Phone (via subscriptions).

I even rang EE and they said I did not have Apple TV+.

It was only by chance that I have a mobile contract with EE and the Mobile is linked to the EE App. I then selected the Mobile and noticed that in the Add-ons low-and-behold there was the Apple TV+ Free trial!

I Selected this and cancelled it. So basically if you can’t find a way to cancel Apple TV+ link your mobile number to it (EE mobile that is) and see if it’s not in there!

I am experiencing exactly the same issue, with not being able to remove the Apple TV 3 month trial I set up through BT before migrating to EE. I have spent hours on the phone speaking to people in Data Integrity, Household, Technical and the Orders team. They assured me it had been removed and I would not be billed, but sure enough I received my bill yesterday and have been charged £8.99. Please can you help me? Many thanks.

Hi, same issue. No way of cancelling Apple TV on the app. Any chance you cancel it for me, too. I'm just going around in circles

I've just changed to EE which I'm now realising was a big mistake but now stuck with but what's a bigger pain is that I'm unable to cancel the apple +free week which was suppose to be the 6 months..

I'm going around in circles with apple account telling me to cancel via EE and EE telling me to via apple account. I'm signed up for both but keep getting error with apple ad on tv apple tells me to cancel via EE.. wish I had never changed, so many details I was mislead with in comparison with virgin...

Anyway, was not informed that the 14 day cooling off period does NOT apply to in store purchases, hate this with a passion but need to cancel apple as its rubbish tv amongst other things..

I'm sorry you have had a difficult time getting this cancelled. If you are signed up through ourselves, we would be the ones who would manage your subscription.
