Re: Getting charged for something that's already been sent back

I received my we box and did not like it so I sent it back after 2 days six months down the line I noticed money being taken out my account so they had six months money off me and said I didn’t ring them to cancel since then they are telling me me I owe them another 220 pounds for goods I have sent back out rages I need help what to do next I am a  74 and they are taking the pee horrible

@hawthorns9 Are you paying for broadband as two separate accounts one for EE as your ISP and one for another ISP!

Sending the box back has nothing to do with paying for broadband and/or not cancelling. You should have kept the receipt of return postage of the EE Router back to them. There will be not much that can be done with this, suggest you go look at all your details, when you started paying and who you are paying as the service provider. Once you have all this do a complaint form from the link.
