Hello
I recently purchased a TV via the app, where the monthly payments are being added to my mobile bill. It said it came with free TNT sports but I haven't received any texts or emails with any information on how I activate this.
Please advise

Welcome to the EE Community
If you have multiple numbers, check with number the TV bundle is being billed on, then if you head to ee.co.uk/tntsports and enter that number and confirm a PIN, you should have a button there to activate the TNT Sports.
If not the best thing to do is give us a call on 150 so that one of our guides can help with getting the TNT Sports part of the bundle added allowing you to then activate it.

When was it purchased as it would normally be 14 days after receiving the TV.
