I've been with eetv for about 6 months my contract ended with sky I was thinking of getting a sky Puck  but as I a good Internet from bt though I'd give eetv a try how wrong was I my channels keep going missing and have to re tune and except bbc Iplayer itvx and neflix I'm having trouble with the rest u .5 .now 

Wounding if it's a ongoing prolem  or should I have stayed with sky

Have you noticed any error codes when the channels do disappear?

Is the TV box connected by WiFi or with an aerial?

Also, just to confirm - when you say the channels are going missing, do you mean they disappear from the TV Guide?  Or they just fail to work when you try to watch them?

Issues with video stopping at ad breaks are being investigated by YouView - this is a known issue issue affecting some users across apps with inserted ads.

Channels going missing and having to retune is an issue we're trying to get more details on though - do the channels disappear from the TV Guide? Are you able to give any examples of a channel that has disappeared from the guide, and an approximate date when you last saw it happen?

The problems I've found whilst reading these post and the problem I and over people seem to have is you view boxes are not up to standards are the the smart devices
