To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

I have rang and spoken to three EE agents during the last fortnight, with each unable to resolve my issue logging into the website and the app, from different devices. They just say there may be a problem, and try again in few days, which I keep trying. Still get same error, there is an issue, contact EE

Thanks for coming to the community.

If there is a problem and it is referring you to call in, it will be something that our tech guides will need to look into further, and raise a ticket if needed, especially if it is impacting the app and website and on different devices.

I'd recommend getting back in touch with our tech guides to see what needs to be done, and ask them to open a complaint until it is resolved.
