Pro box Mini box synch

Just switched over to EE TV from S*y. The Pro box and the mini box don't appear to share recordings made - unless I'm missing something.

Are they separate entities or is there a shared area for recordings ? Go easy on me? I'm new here.

Thanks in advance.

Dave

We don't offer that facility I'm afraid.  You can only record on the TV Box Pro, and those recordings can only be watched on that box.

The TV Box Mini can watch programmes on catch up instead.

I’m in same position. I recently switched from Sky. I asked the EE sales agent if I could see my recordings on my mini box and was told I could!!! This is a big disappointment as I mainly record football  and watch it on another TV 😣

@Derek480

If you have been missold, then you can give up the EETV subscription without penalty and move back to Sky.

But have you considered having the Box Pro connected to the TV you normally watch the footy on, and just using a Box Mini with the main TV?

*Longtime YouView box owner & broadband customer (was BT now EE), but only recently a full EETV subscriber*

Same here. Looks like been sold a pup

Well the ee staff member told me I'd be able to watch my recordings on the mini box as well also failed to tell me that my recordings are really recordings as I can't fast forward through the adverts on them so far eetv is a joke

Eetv mini box also crashes and losses connection alot have to turn it off and reload the program IAM watching wish I started watching it straight away instead of finishing sky contract I would of definitely cancelled in the 14 day option
