Recently upgraded my broadband to full fibre and have lost tnt sports. Had 2 phone calls with 150 to try and sort it out The last call was well over an hour with 6 different guides including upgrades, technical and a tnt person. The outcome seems that there are 2 systems, one says it is active on my box, the other says it isn’t. The last guide I spoke to said there was an error on the systems and that it would be resolved within 5 days. Nearly 2 weeks on now and still not active 😡

It may be worth giving our technical support team another call to see if there is any update. Hopefully, they're in a position to get it sorted for you.

So this took a while. After the 2 weeks I gave CS a call, explained everything again and the chap I spoke to quite easily just restarted the tnt package. This was a Saturday and he said it would be active on Monday. Monday 8am, tnt back on no issues.
