Hello, first morning of using EE Tv and there is a privacy policy notice but I can’t get the dismiss button to highlight to dismiss it. The remote works for the sound etc but appears to be stuck on this notice. At a loss as to what to do next. Thanks

Whilst the privacy policy is still expected to show on the TV Box Pro, you should just be able to press OK to dismiss it. Is the remote control working? Hold down the Home and 9 buttons until the light at the top flashes 3 times, and then try pressing OK.
If that doesn't work then try pairing a mobile phone with your TV box, using the EE TV app. This should cause an OK button to appear on screen - are you able to accept that?

No joy with the remote (fresh batteries). It is working fine for volume.
No joy pairing phone as I don't have an EE sim (despite trying including with 2 guides).

If this is the privacy policy notice not able to dismiss. I had my EE installed yesterday and this problem appeared this morning. I accidentally hit the three line button on the right hand side of the controller and it allowed me to dismiss the message. Everything working fine now. Hope this helps.

You don't need an EE SIM to pair, but no worries.
