Pixelated Picture on EETV

Hi

My TV picture is constantly breaking up and pixelating during live TV through my EE box, connected via WIFI. My WIFI speed is 500mb as tested via Speedtest on my mobile phone. It's been like this for months, some days worse than others. Unwatchable! Other TV Apps seem to be ok.

Are you using IP mode to view the live channels or an aerial? If you use aerial and your apps are working ok, could be worth testing out IP mode. 

Have you restarted the box anytime since the issue started, as always worth a try as well. It would also be worth speaking to our TV tech team so they can run some checks to make sure everything looks ok on our system. Contact Us To Request Technical Support for EE TV | EE

@hardski  How far is the box from the router ? EE states it needs to be within 5m.  What other electrical items are near the router?  Have you tried login in as admin and changing the channel ?
