I ordered a Samsung TV a couple of days ago. Although i have received an email from ee saying the parcel has been dispatched, it has now been 3 days and i have not received a tracking number from Parcel force. This is so frustrating as not knowing the status of your order after spending such an amount of money is not nice. Please help

I know you'll be keen to know the status of the order.
If you give our customer service guides a call, they'll be able to check the order for you and get the tracking number to find out when it is due to arrive.
